Kangoo was something completely unknown to me, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to stand on the boots, let alone jump. But I was wrong. The movement is simple, natural, and above all totally relaxing. You completely clear your mind and switch off from all stress. It’s especially great for girls who have knee problems or, like me, are even after surgery. My knee doesn’t hurt at all during or after jumping. So I highly recommend it. For me, it’s a perfect combination of exercise, relaxation, strengthening, and above all fun.
