What to bring to the class?
Bring higher socks or knee-high socks depending on the boot size that fits you. You can also bring your own dumbbells to make the workout even more effective. You will need a drink and a towel! You can also bring your own mat – we will be doing floor exercises and stretching (we have a few available).
And please, if you are not able to come, let us know as soon as possible! A cancellation rule applies – if you cancel after 12 noon on the day, you pay the full price for the class. Other people are waiting on the reserve list. In the system you can cancel up to 24 hours in advance; if you are cancelling later, message me and I will cancel it for you, or let us know in the group. Thank you!
