Product description
Replacement springs for Kangoo Jumps, Kangaroo boots and Fit boots in various colours – select the colour you want and the type of your boots from the drop-down menu.
The price shown is for 1 pair (2 springs).
The springs are universal for all jumping boots and fit every type of boot in our e-shop, but we recommend choosing the ones currently fitted to your boots – then pick according to your colour scheme or whichever you like :) Take care only with children’s boots: they have a lower load capacity and you must choose springs for children’s boots.
If you are also interested in springs for Kangoo XR PRO boots (€30) to increase the load capacity of your Kangoo boots by around 5 kg, choose the PLUS PRO 7 variant, or PRO 6 for an even higher increase of around 10 kg. For KANGAROO BOOTS choose normal E for €20 or hard F (an increase in load capacity of around 10-15 kg) for €24, and children’s springs for POWERSHOE boots (€22) come in children’s blue, red or pink. We recommend using metal springs together with Plus PRO 6 or PRO 7 springs.
Fit boots come with 2 basic spring stiffnesses – 2 (up to 65/75 kg) and 3 (over 75 kg or intensive training) – plus children’s black in stiffness 1. Choose according to your boots and your weight; you will always find the number on the side of the spring, though you cannot go wrong with variant 3, and the springs can always be trimmed :)
Contact us if you are not sure which springs to choose for your jumping boots. And don’t worry – anyone can manage the replacement easily using the instructions supplied with the boots (if you no longer have them, write to us and we will send them again :))
Replace your springs in time!
Make sure you replace your springs in good time and regularly! If your jumping boots have lost their bounce and you drop all the way to the ground, that is never what you want and it is a sign that the springs are worn out or that the setup is wrong (you need a stiffer setting). Otherwise, over time the shells on your Kangoo boots may unfortunately crack under a heavier load or when the springs are too worn out (over-stretched). To prevent a shell from cracking, we recommend replacing the coloured springs in good time and regularly (roughly every 60-80 hours of use, depending on your weight and how hard you go at it :)), and it is equally essential to have the right stiffness chosen and set up for you, according to your weight and how energetically you jump. We will gladly advise you – get in touch.
Here is an illustrative picture showing how to recognise worn springs that are ready for replacement. Worn springs are longer and over-stretched, you drop further towards the ground, which is not what you want, and they are also narrower at the joints between the shells – see the picture and check your springs right now! The shape of the boot – shell with spring – also becomes flatter rather than round.
If you are not sure, replace the springs sooner rather than later, or contact us and we will advise you :)
