Spare parts for jumping shoes
Product description
Available in black and white. A softer and a stiffer variant for Kangoo Jumps boots. The Light variant is the one normally fitted to Kangoo Jumps boots in sizes S and M, up to around 75 kg, and the Hard variant is fitted to sizes L and XL up to 95 kg (this is also a way to increase the load capacity of smaller boots). If you need extra hard shells for Kangoo PRO 7 boots (price €36) or children’s Powershoe (€32), we have those in stock too – select your option.
We also offer replacement shells for Kangaroo boots, type C (softer, up to 75 kg) and D (stiffer, up to 95 kg), and for Fit Boots in every stiffness variant we offer, in two colours.
The price shown is always per piece. Always choose the type of shell you have on your boots; we do not recommend combining different types and brands – or ask us for advice :)
How do I choose the right type of shell for my boots in your e-shop?
PLEASE NOTE that we offer different kinds of shells for different kinds of jumping boots – Kangoo Jumps, Kangaroo Boots, Fit Boots and children’s Powershoe. The shells are compatible but can differ in stiffness, so it is always better to choose a replacement shell of the type made for your boots, or to replace all 4. Note that children’s shells have only 1 fastening screw – bear that in mind when selecting.
You can choose the shells according to your boot size (if you have the standard factory setup), or we recommend looking at the type of shell fitted to your own jumping boots – every shell carries its own marking:
- Kangoo Jumps – type L (light), type H (hard) and PRO 7 – black or white
- Kangaroo Boots – types A and B (extra light and light – for children’s boots, 1 fastening screw), type C (light), type D (hard) – black or white
- Fit Boots – ultra soft (children’s boots), soft, hard, extra hard – black or white
- Children’s Powershoe boots – a single stiffness variant, black only, 1 fastening screw

Replace your springs in time
Over time it sometimes happens that the shells on Kangoo boots crack under a heavier load, or when the springs are not replaced in time. To prevent a shell from cracking, we recommend replacing the coloured springs in good time and regularly (roughly every 60-80 hours of use, depending on your weight and how hard you go at it), and it is equally essential to have the right stiffness chosen and set up for you, according to your weight and how energetically you jump.
Here is an illustrative picture showing how to recognise worn springs that are ready for replacement. Worn springs are longer and over-stretched, you drop further towards the ground, which is not what you want, and they are also narrower at the joints between the shells – see the picture and check your springs right now!
